Delivery Within Singapore

Delivery Charges (Inclusive of GST):

  • SGD 4.90 for orders weighing 1–4 kg
  • SGD 8.90 for orders weighing 4–8 kg
  • Free shipping for orders over SGD 200

Shipping fees are calculated based on total order weight and will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation
  • Our logistics partners handle pickup and delivery once orders are dispatched
  • Customers will receive a notification when their order has been shipped

Please ensure delivery details are accurate and complete. HUEMORI is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

International shipping is available upon request only.

Please contact info@huemori.com before placing any international order and wait for confirmation before making payment.

International shipping fees, delivery timelines, duties, and taxes (if applicable) will be communicated separately and are the responsibility of the customer.
